Generally, I over-wear particular pieces in my closet until I’m sick of them, then forget about them, then discover them, then get all giddy over them again, then…I know. Vicious cycle. I keep waiting for this jersey dress to get old, but it just doesn’t. Jersey knit stripes are just the thing a girl needs to get her comfy on without completely abandoning all fashion sense!
I was so proud of myself for wearing almost all vintage. But then my mass-produced Target clogs got in the way…like always. (JKlawl. I love ’em.)
I got this pleated skirt the same weekend I got this skirt and these shoes with my expert thrifter friend. It’s from Japan so naturally I can’t breathe when I wear it. Guess I’m never wearing it again.
I’m wearing a reworked vintage cream blouse (giveaway win from Raleigh Vintage), vintage tan belt($5), vintage plaid pleated skirt ($5), and Target clog sandals (gift from in-laws) with a vintage Gucci bucket bag ($3).
So this week I took a break from taking outfit pics, but the crazy fashion blogger in me couldn’t stop and snuck in a few phone pics…and posted them to my Facebook page.
Today is Wednesday…also, my hair appointment at work! I kept it au naturale and wore a scarf to get those stupid bangs out of my face! I did it more for practical reasons but I actually liked it. I got my hairs trimmed and layers freshened up. She made me look soooo amazing! It’s like my bangs just walked away. I also wore a little boy’s black blazer, Hanes white shirt, and J Brand black jeans (three days straight – BOOM).
